“Here I learned how to sit with my thoughts. Before, I would keep myself distracted and not process my emotions. It was nice to have chance to self-reflect.” - D.C, 21
Down to Earth Support is a preventative mental wellness company that works!
It all started with one simple truth - most of us were never taught how to handle life.
My first trauma experience was at an early age of 7, with subsequent trauma experiences after that. But, as a child of immigrants, I lacked emotional attunement and guidance to process and understand my emotions. As a result, I was depressed, on academic probations, unhealthy relationships and feeling disconnected from others.
Over the years of my personal journey, I learned what traditional education doesn’t teach - how to heal, how to connect, and how to build a life that actually feels good. Now, I lead a fulfilling life of confidence, respect, love, relationships that pour into each other, and a thriving business that greatly impacts others.
Professionally, I saw the same thing — amazing people stuck in cycles of conflict, stress, and burnout because no one ever gave them the tools to understand themselves.
People in shelters, hospitals and courts would say to me,
“If I learned this sooner - I would have made different life choices.”
Down to Earth Support exists to close that gap — giving people the emotional education and tools to build strong foundations for a healthy, successful life. It’s the kind of real, down-to-earth support all humans need — simple, practical, and designed to meet you where you are.
Our Approach
Preventative - Most people will benefit from DTE, we set the foundation for success.
Holistic - We care for your Mind, Body, Gut & Heart.
Humanistic - We understand how life can be and the troubles humans face. 💙 Mental Health is both individual & collective responsibility.
Trauma-informed -We ask, “what happened to you?” instead of “what’s wrong with you?”
Evidence Based -We pull from various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Family Constellations and Energy Balancing Approaches.
